Contact Us About/Contact Us The Wisconsin Challenge Academy Youth Support Association ("WCAYSA") supports options that increase the likelihood of life success for at-risk Wisconsin youth choosing the Wisconsin Challenge Academy as a way to turn their lives around.  Please view the Wisconsin Challenge Academy program video by clicking on the Videos link. Our goal is to be able to provide funds to the Wisonsin Challenge Academy for items that improve the Cadets' experience while at the Wisconsin Challenge Academy.  Unfortunately, the current budget does not allow us the liberty to do so.
